If compliant, I issue the official Form 23 certificate on the same day.  If not, I provide a detailed report with photos and clear rectification advice.

Some Common Non-Compliance issues.

Do all doors & gates prevent young children accessing the pool. i.e they self-latch and self-close?

Are your Boundary fences that are part of the barrier high enough and in good condition?

Is your Pool Barrier at least 1.2 metres in height?

Are the gaps at the bottom of the Pool Barrier less than 100mm?

Can a child climb vegetation or objects on the outside of the pool barrier to gain access?

Has a Non-Climbable zone been maintained on the outside of the barrier?
